Payment

Payments via credit card can be made for items ordered through Patio Mart’s website.

Free Delivery: On all orders over HK$10,000
Standard Delivery Fee: HK$300 for orders under HK$10,000
Standard Coverage: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories
Tung Chung & Discovery Bay: +HK$600 additional surcharge
Ground Floor / Elevator Delivery: Included for locations accessible by truck or via direct lift access. (Note: Elevator delivery applies only if items fit comfortably inside the elevator/lift. Otherwise, staircase charges or ground floor drop-off will apply.)
Outlying Islands (e.g., Lantau Island, Cheung Chau): Delivery is to the Ferry Terminal or designated third-party loading point only. The customer is responsible for inspecting and checking all goods at the loading point, as well as arranging and paying for all onward transportation and loading/unloading.

Staircase Handling: Carrying items up or down staircases requires prior arrangement. Please contact us via WhatsApp (+852 25558988) for a price quote.
Access Surcharges: Additional charges apply if our truck cannot directly reach the unloading location due to road or site restrictions.

Service is not available for:

Restricted areas or roads prohibiting vehicles 5.5 tonnes or above
Construction sites, container terminals, exhibition sites, hotels, or apartments under renovation
Boats, boathouses, or delivery requiring entry via a balcony

Space & Elevator Measurement: Customers are responsible for measuring all doorways, stairwells, hallways, and elevators (lifts) - including interior dimensions and door clearance - prior to delivery to ensure items fit.
Access & Size Disclaimer: If delivery cannot be completed because items do not fit into the elevator, doorway, or stairwell, no refund, return, or order cancellation will be accepted. The customer remains responsible for arranging alternative delivery methods (such as staircase handling) at their own expense.
Inspection: Items must be inspected upon arrival. If a third party accepts delivery on your behalf, they assume responsibility for inspecting and confirming receipt in good condition.
Property & Fixture Disclaimer: Patio Mart accepts no liability for damage incurred during staircase handling or if gates, doors, or other home fixtures must be removed.
Severe Weather: Deliveries delayed by severe weather, flooding, or road closures will be rescheduled via email within 24 hours for completion within the following 7 days.
