Return and refund policy
After the customer confirms the order through Patio Mart’s website, the content of the order and the pick-up method cannot be changed.
If the customer requests to change any order and accepted by Patio Mart, Patio Mart reserves the right to charge customers fees.
- Products can be exchanged if there is a quality problem. Effective receipt is needed for product exchange within 7 days after purchase.
- Refund policy is not available.
- The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original one.
- Patio Mart reserves the right for final decision.
