Change order

After the customer confirms the order through Patio Mart’s website, the content of the order and the pick-up method cannot be changed.

If the customer requests to change any order and accepted by Patio Mart, Patio Mart reserves the right to charge customers fees.

Exchange regulations

  1. Products can be exchanged if there is a quality problem.  Effective receipt is needed for product exchange within 7 days after purchase.
  2. Refund policy is not available.
  3. The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original one.
  4. Patio Mart reserves the right for final decision.
